The congress center and hotel complex in the capital Kigali, where only 20 percent of the Chinese construction company in 5 years can be built in Rwanda, was completed by the Turks in a year.

The complex, which is 6 kilometers from Kigali International Airport and 7 kilometers from the city center, was built on an area of 12.6 hectares.

The Rwandan government turned to Turkish companies for the rapid completion of the project, which was started by a Chinese company in 2009 and was able to do only 20 percent in 5 years.

The congress center and hotel, one of the important areas in the country, were built by the Turkish construction company Summa Group, which took over the works, in a record time of 1 year.
